- In 2007 we tried 54 cases to jury verdict in a court of record and have beaten them all but five times. The verdict increased the offer prior to trial by an average of 44.8%

Jim Bauguss
James Bauguss became interested in law while working as a paralegal on capital murder cases. Lo-counsel in two federal trials and a state felony trial while still in law school. Former intern for the Honorable Henry Hudson, United States District Judge, Eastern District of Virginia (the judge presiding over the Michael Vick Case). Lead Counsel has successfully brought in more than a million dollars in verdicts and settlements.
